Today is Family Day in the Design District. Look who we ran into on the street getting help from his handlers? None other than Malfi, our neighborhood store Friends with You‘s mascot! So cute.
Our handyman Reineer did a great job painting this new chalkboard on a wall in our back office. He’s not finished with the frame yet, but it’s neat nonetheless. What do you think of the first scrawl? Wonder what will go on there next…
Christmas came early here at MGFD… Converse, Inc. was nice enough to send us some kicks since Michael and Hedy love Converse and wear them all the time, like a uniform! A crew of 11 executives were in town for an event of theirs at Art Basel and dined with us in the gallery Thursday night. To celebrate our favorite shoes (besides Louboutin’s, that is!), we’ll do a new photo series on the blog called Con-location featuring ankle-down pics of which pairs we’re wearing on-site at events!
