Step inside the lens of photographer Ben Fink, as he shoots the first dish of the photo shoot for Michael’s cookbook.  We’re starting simple and proceeding from there!  The cast of characters on the shoot include Michael and his chef Amanda Kenny assisting in the food prep, prop stylist extraordinaire Rudolf Kohn, artist Betty Rosado (we’re using her Wynwood studio, and she’s shooting behind the scenes to document it all — thanks Betty!), Michael’s co-writer Joann Cianciulli, Jackie Sayet (Michael’s assistant and the brand manager), and our new intern Daphne Robby.  We’re banging out about 8 to 10 shots a day.  Stay tuned the rest of the week for more behind the scenes. We even have a water day scheduled!
