UPDATE: Doe Maria has also had her kids, two of them to be exact! Ali went down yesterday and caught some of the cutie pies on film. Thanks Ali!
Our local goat cheese maker, Hani Khouri, is on double duty this week. After about five months of pregnancy, one of his goats Cleopatra (it’s not tough to pick her out in this picture taken a few weeks ago!), kidded two bucks and one doe. The triplets were born on Monday, March 1, 2010 at approximately 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon at his farm in The Redland, Homestead. Their names are Errol (Flynn), Clark (Gable) and Nelly. Mother and kids are in good health…and adorable if we say so ourselves!
