Matzoh is begging to be transformed into treats.

It’s Passover, the Jewish holiday where bread in its fluffy form goes on hiatus for a week in favor of the unleavened variety — matzoh. Despite its reputation for being boring and bland, this flat cracker-like bread can be a convenient, blank canvas for creative meals and snacks.  Need inspiration?
