Sage Deli in Hallandale, arguably the most authentic kosher NY-style bagel place in town, has kindly been making custom plain minis for our house smoked salmon dip with bagel chips, plated below by Sous Chef Prudent. Also, second from top, Hedy’s homemade granola parfait with fresh berries (on the side, not pictured) and Greek yogurt. And last but certainly not least, the delicious red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting and shredded coconut. The whole pastry gang, including assistants Amy and Thais, was in this morning churning out these beauties. Thanks ladies!
