SOURCING

Marguerite the nubian goat belongs to Hani Khouri, our fresh local goat cheesemaker.

These suppliers are some of our regulars on the menu right now. But the list doesn’t stop here. They are always supplemented on an ongoing basis with what our forager Ali Lauria finds at smaller farms like Martha’s U-Pick on her bi-weekly run. Farmers like Margie Pikarsky also sometimes act as distributors for other local farms opening up access to product like Broken J Ranch’s beautiful grapefruit that we might not normally be able to get our hands on. And of course, there are heritage products like Ron Joyce’s Poulet Rouge for which we sacrifice a few extra food miles.

Many of the produce farms we work with now offer the public access to product through CSA programs and farmers markets.  Check their websites through the links below for how to find them outside our restaurants.
