Albert Morgan remembers the exact date he began working as a line cook at Michael’s Genuine.  It was August 18, 2007.  By now, Albert is a long-time fixture in our Miami kitchen.  He was one of the chefs cooking up Michael’s award-winning Genuine Bacon Cheeseburger at the 2010 Burger Bash and recently wowed Jefe himself with his version of the housemade ricotta. Take a look at the snack section of the menu, and you’ll know what I’m talking about.  Get to know our newly-minted resident fresh cheesemaker a little better, below.
