Albert Morgan remembers the exact date he began working as a line cook at Michael’s Genuine. It was August 18, 2007. By now, Albert is a long-time fixture in our Miami kitchen. He was one of the chefs cooking up Michael’s award-winning Genuine Bacon Cheeseburger at the 2010 Burger Bash and recently wowed Jefe himself with his version of the housemade ricotta.
