Got lots of local watermelons in, so they’re all over the menu.
The watermelon gazpacho is a refreshing take on the original — a silky smooth base of pureed tomato and watermelon that’s swimming with cubes of the fruit, Florida rock shrimp, avocado, cucumber, mint, cilantro, and red onion for texture. It’s all topped with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (small/10.)
Our House Salad always features… well… what’s in house. Right now it’s SWANK farms lettuce, local watermelon, Teena’s Pride cucumbers, French feta, a curried granola made in house with pumpkin seeds, and lemon vinaigrette (small/9.) Continue reading
