Grilled wild sockeye salmon from Cook Inlet, Alaska with a lychee, avocado, radish, and parsley salad, lemon and lime vinaigrette (medium/18.)

Passion fruit semifreddo, passion fruit coulis with vanilla bean dust, and passion fruit, lychee & papaya salsa (dessert/10.)

    • We had just done the Chesapeake Bay soft shells over that salad and just as they were 86’d, we got a ton of the salmon in — Heidi was Bradley’s guinea pig at lunch and gave the thumbs up!
