Cayman Cookout off to a Sweet Start

With a bunch of our Saturday guest chef dinner guests staying at Cayman Cookout central aka Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, we thought it would be nice to get the weekend off to a sweet start with some goodies from our island pastry chef Thais Rodriguez.  The hotel generously offered to place the bags in guest rooms at turn-down service.  Now we’re off to forage ingredients for tomorrow night with chefs Nischan, Schwartz, and Tennant at local farmer Patrick Panton’s farm…
