Speaking of the best in the biz…  We’re only as good as our people and are always looking to add talent to the team!  Right now we have the following positions open:

Host: A minimum of 1 year experience is required. Proficient in OpenTable, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quark. Excellent computer, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Must be able to adapt to a variety of situations, think quickly and make decisions according to customer needs. Applicants must be willing to work late shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Must be comfortable working on feet for more than 8 hours a day.

Servers: Must have restaurant experience, and open availability is a big plus.  This position requires disciplined work ethic, professionalism, and strong customer service skills.  Applicants must be knowledgable, passionate, and articulate about good food and wine.

Personal Assistant: Chef Michael Schwartz is seeking a full time personal assistant.  Responsibilities include maintaining his schedule and calendar, fielding inquiries and liasing with appropriate MGFD staff members, as well as personal errands.  Applicants must handle themselves professionally, be detail oriented, and be able to work under pressure and deadlines.

  1. Wanted to tell you, just got off the Oasis and loved the concept, menu and food @150 Central Park . Excellent work. Will be sure to put MGF on my list next time in Miami.
