As we mentioned Tuesday, guests to August’s Farm-to-Table Dinner viewed the pilot of Genuine Cayman in full, whetting their appetites for the locally-sourced island feast that followed. While we haven’t yet secured sponsors to pick up a season of the show, ingredients from the local farmers, fishermen, and ranchers we aim to feature will continue to inspire chef Thomas’s daily-changing menu, as well as the special family-style extravaganza that is our Farm-to-Table Dinner Series.
