Since then, coveted title in tow, he’s been sharpening his 140-character wit preparing for the next big challenge — taking over one of Tweetnemesis @chefmschwartz’s restaurants. After esteemed visiting guest chefs Gabrielle Hamilton, Jonathan Waxman, Marc Vetri, and Jonathon Sawyer, Michael welcomes cream of the crop Kevin Sbraga to Harry’s Pizzeria on Tuesday, May 22 at 7:00 p.m. to let him take over the menu for a night! Who’s whose bitch now, Schwartz?! In September 2011, Kevin became the chef-owner of Sbraga, a modern American restaurant in Michael’s hometown of Philadelphia. He also has another connection in the 305, having attended culinary school at Johnson and Wales South Florida campus.
You know the drill. As with previous pops, seating for SBRAGA Pizzeria is first come, first served. Making new friends is encouraged and easy when you’ve got a welcome cocktail in hand with hors d’oeuvre, four courses, free-flowing wines selected by Eric Larkee and our tap beers at your disposal. Go home with a special gift from Kevin, too. All that and tax and gratuity are included in the ticket price. The menu will be announced in the coming weeks, and we can’t wait to share it here soon!
