What’s New in Grand Cayman: Genuine Summer Prix Fixe Menus

@MGFD_GCM‘s daily special sandwiches give ours here in Miami a run for their money!  Here, chef Thomas’ Cuban with house smoked pork shoulder, gruyere, dijon & pickles on homemade ciabatta bread.

Summer has definitely arrived at our restaurant in Grand Cayman, and we have a couple of new menus to show for it.  In addition to daily-changing a la carte specials, like the Cuban sandwich above, Genuine Summer launched yesterday offering set menus for lunch and dinner by executive chef Thomas Tennant that highlight our favorite local island ingredients at special prices for the season.  I’ll be joining Michael next week for some long overdue time on the rock, and I’m looking forward to trying them!  Here is the rundown of my soon-to-be new victims on the plate and in front of the lens.
