Our third restaurant in Miami’s Design District opened for dinner in late March, and soon after received 3.5 stars from the Miami Herald for its “superb” nod to classic 1920s fine dining in polished food, service, bar, and decor.
Lunch at The Cypress Room offers sophisticated daytime dining for both business and leisure, honoring Michael’s commitment to the freshest possible ingredients. Our new composed plates are offered a la carte, or as a Lunch Prix Fixe of three courses, with the option of wine.
Chef de Cusine Roel Alcudia’s menu will feature new appetizers including
MELON (speck, wild greens, herbs) as well as those that are familiar from dinner, such as MARROW BONE (preserved lemon, celery, garlic toast), and ROYAL RED SHRIMP (cucumber, coconut, lime, puffed rice). Among the new entrée selections are FISH (a la grenobloise, brioche croutons, shaved fennel), CHICKEN (half rotisserie, squash bread pudding, jus), LOBSTER SANDWICH (celery, avocado, heirloom tomato), and TUNA CONFIT SALAD (grilled butterhead lettuce, vegetables, egg).
The restaurant is open for dinner Monday through Thursday from 6PM to 11PM, and Friday and Saturday until 12 midnight. Beginning Monday, July 15, it will be open for lunch Monday through Friday from 12 noon until 2:30PM. For reservations, please call 305.520.5197 or email email@example.com.
