Fresh, daily-made pastas are an important part of the menu and guests can enjoy this handmade touch at home, too.  Offered in four shapes — Campanelle, Rigatoni, Fusilli and Gemelli — the restaurant makes them fresh with semolina flour and water using a state of the art Arcobaleno pasta extruder, then dries and bags them for sale.  Simply boil in salted water and enjoy with your favorite sauce. 8oz bag/$8
